Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Health and beauty products that have been opened
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
Non-returnable items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items showing signs of use
- Items not in their original condition or missing parts not due to our error
- Returns made after more than 30 days from delivery
Refunds process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
If you haven’t received your refund after several days, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take some time to process).
- If the issue persists, contact us at contact@bienforme.com.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, please email contact@bienforme.com and send your item to our return address (provided upon request).
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once we receive the item.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please contact us first at contact@bienforme.com for the return address.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
